Violet Design's roots start way back in 1998 when they started restoring "vintage" microphones which led them to develop their own handcrafted line with unique sonic characteristics and inventive styling under the name of Violet Design

Since then they have been garnering great press from European trade magazines like Future Music, MusicTECH and Sound on Sound, having received multiple Platinum Awards.

Their factory is located in Riga, Latvia where each microphone is carefully built by a team of skilled designers, engineers and laborers. All mics are manufactured in house under the strictest quality control and every mic comes with a 5 year warranty.
